ABSA *****ing my money

I have been having many problems regarding absa vehicle finance and bank. I recently noticed i was added 3rd party insurance by absabank that i have been paying for nearly 9 months. When i discovered this in December of 2018 i was refunded my money. I then got my minthly statement still with the added insurance that I was told was still deducted. In January an i stallment double the amount of nearly R5000 was deducted. I calle customer service 4 times with no outcome. I was first agreed with that an double installment was made and it woyld take 2 to 3 working days and stillnothing today. The other call i wzs told i am in arrears of R1800 3 days after i was told i was old.

Was in and out of N1 city absa branch to have it sortrd stillno luck. I then Spoke to the admin person for the vehicle finance department thats works at N1 branch by the name of Jeanette if im not mistaken. It was the said that i was owed R1800 and the nearly R900 Of AIP. That was about roughly two weeks ago.

I now got an statement saying i owe the bank R5005.00 i stead of the R2200+- that it should be.

So clearly absa bank has tzken the liberty of doing as they please with my personal finances. Basically theft.

Today i am still waiting.
