ABSA *****ing my money

So this month I would have finally managed to see the end of the month with some money left. I am a teacher and the salary is not great at all and on top of it I am a student paying all my fees on my own. So last month I didnt have enough money left for my car insurance as I had to pay my study fees. So ABSA deducted R150 everytime the devit order tried to go off as well as an additional R100 because there was no money in my account. So all in all ABSA deducted R500 off my account!! Every last cent counts for me. They are supposed to care for their customers. Now you are putting me under more stress. I cannot deal with this. Now you are forcing me to borrow money and get into debt. This is not right. If this is not rectified I am changing to a bank that actually cares!!!
