Absa *****ing money from their clients - home loans department ignoring me
Homeloans - Having a bad experience with the homeloans department. I used to pay a yearly upfront insurance premium - I cancelled the insurance with Absa. The insurance department refunded my bond account with the amount I "overpaid" for the year - almost R5000.00 which made my bond account less. Absa then just added the refunded amount back on the bond account increasing my bond account again. I've spoken to numerous people, emailed and logged calls, to no avail. Nobody returns my calls or fix the problem. In my opinion this is money ****** from me as this money needs to be returned to the bond account with interest I had to pay on it since Feb when it was reversed. A Marie Du Toit was supposed to phone me back on more than one occasion according to the call centre, not heard a word from her and are not able to phone her directly.
Below a response from Cluadette, who after numerous communications just ignores me.
