Absa *****ing dead people s money

My name is Steven, we buried my father in July and we had to check if there was money in his bank account, if managed to get statements showing the money he left in his Absa account, we followed the process by going to high court and get a letter to claim that money, Absa Bank Thohoyandou branch requested that we open an account so they can transfer that money to in 14 working days but till today we still waiting and when we ask no one knows anything about it, The account was opened in July but today is the 1st October and no one knows what happen or what is happening, My father left 4yrs and 11yrs kids who need that money but ABSA Bank doesn't want to pay us for no reason.
