ABSA STAY AWAY

ABSA Deceased ESTATE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST

Did a request for an advanced on my fathers estate due to the fact that they are taking so long i have received feedback from them stating that they would pay the money in the following day. It has been a week and still no payment. The excuses they are giving is that the bank details needs to be verified. How can bank details take so long to be verified. Also the cannot answer me to where the money is
