ABSA STATIONERY

I received a communication from Levinsons consultants whom I now understand do work for ABSA Bank. My issue is the letter of introduction on the ABSA stationery bears no email address, no phone or fax number of either ABSA or Levinsons. My question to Marlise Gouse of "The ***** Operations" division of ABSA was to establish the authenticity of such communication. Marlise was aggressive in her response and totally defensive of what on the face of it was a suspect letter from where I sat and when I suggested it may be a good idea to place contact details on such letter she became aggressive stating that it was not her letter but refused to transfer me to some one who would consider such suggestion and put down the phone. Well done ABSA I applaud your staff..
