Absa sort out the closure of your money market account procedure

Absa money market is closing. I called today to ask for the funds to be transferred to Absa cheque account. I was asked questions and Absa had incorrect residence, phone number. Unfortunately the man trying to help was not trained to do so.A very nice polite man. Not his fault. I was told that Absa would call but they have not but I received an SMS asking me to return outstanding documents, Is Absa joking??? First you must send me the documents, Absa
