Absa sold a car that was fully paid off, I am the executor in the Estate late of Mandla Masuku, the deceased had a credit life and it settled the outstanding balance, Despite settling the account, Absa sold the vehicle via auction without my consent . Breach of agreement or trust was committed, numerous attempt to get ABSA TO resolve the matter was unsuccessful. I lodged a complain, escalated to senior managers in the deceased estate such as Anelda Coetzee, Faith Manjoro, Amanda Simms, as well as Pheliswa Jwajwa without getting any respond . Its over a month now . ABSA bank is not loyal to its customers, they have breached the level of trust, acted improper and it is one of the WORSE BANK to bank with.
