Absa sold my hoUse for next to nothing.

Good Day.I've heard from a friend of mine that 'hellopetrr' will be able to assist me.I bought a house in Bezuidenhout Valley years ago.At the time the bond was R160 000.Years later we took out a second bond of R50 000.It was a 3 bedroom house ,double garage,from the lounge you walk straight onto the balcony.the house had yellow and Brown wooden floors.beautiful house.Unfortunately the marriage went sour and I walk out of the marriage.I was in an abusive relationship.I stayed with his cousin for a while and then in a flat which i hardly made it.At the time my salary was so little as R5000.We were married cop.when I left the house my spouse were still working.A year after leaving him I got to know that he was without a job and the bond was in arrears.Paying the flat I was in I had little left.I made absa an offer of r2000 and than monthly I'll pay r800.Absa refused my offer.I am a Capetonian and had no family staying in jhb.I couldn't give absa more as I had to survive myselfOne day a guy Derrick Marks contacted me and ask me whether I know that my property is up for auction.I phoned the bank.they confirmed that it was true.since the day I made the offer no one contacted me from absa.I took this case to the ombudsmen.I spoke to several people asking for assistance.All the doors just closed for me.My world crumbled.I was going down.Financially and emotionally I was drained.I just didn't know who or where else to turn to.All a sudden I had so a lot of buyers.A friend of mine was working for a real estate agency and his company was in cpt but was interested in buying the property.My ex husband and I signed power of attorney.Offer to purchase went to Absa and now we were waiting patiently.A few months later the deal went down and Roger told us Absa took too long.His company was waiting for the guarantee and now their company are not interested anymore.Seeffs also made an offer afterwards.I dealt with a guy Patrick Folley from s eeffs.Absa auctioned the property.No one contacted me.Patrick was every day on my case asking me if I've heard anything.I made contact with absa and they were also waiting.The next best thing was when Patrick Folley sending me an e-mail telling me that the property was sold for R75000.I contacted Goolam attorneys. The lady Sgabir I think had a smile when she said yes we sold it for R75000.I couldn't speak and just dropped the phone.Ever since no one of the bank contacted me.I just want to understand how could they sell a property for r75000 and the property that was valued for R650000.R315000 is now against my name.The bank had two offers which they declined.The bank sold the property for next to nothing and now I'm still sitting with debt.Must I suffer for the rest of my life.I can't even buy a flat or a car bcoz I must pay of debt of a property that I've tried so hard to sell it even if was the the amount that I was owing the bank.I'm still sitting where I'm sitting10 years ago.is there anyone who can assist me.This is really a cry for help.I don't know where or who to turn to.The bank failed me.The attorneys Goolam I just feel that something wasn't right.Please please help me.
