ABSA sold me insurance,now I'm struggling to claim

I lodged two separate claims with ABSA's minor scratches and dents insurance. And that is what I claimed for, minor scratches and two small dents. The panel beaters ABSA sent me to for an assessment quoted around R9000! The maximum for a claim is R2000 thus I'd have to pay in R5000 totally defeating the purpose of this \much needed"insurance for me.<br> <br> Morapi Ramonyai called me and told me what the quote was. I told him it was totally rediculous"
