ABSA slowest bank

My mother has been trying to get a loan approved for the last week she has sent in all the documents 3x 3x that is too much. FNB is waiting to approve the loan but for some reason my mother likes ABSA she's been with thrm for over 40 years when they were still Trustbank. But I have told her to come to FNB she'll get her loan in 2 hours
