Absa ***** Slow

Have a *****e issue on my bank account. I get told that it takes at least 15 days to get it investigated. The amounts are sitting on uncleared transactions, Ie they have not gone through. so its possible to stop this *****. Now we have to wait 15 Days. This does not make sense. Secondly I am without that money unitl then. This need to be speeded up. I also get told I cannot phone anybody.
