ABSA slacking on IT3b

I have been trying for 5 weeks to get ABSA to sent me an IT3b for the current tax year with SARS opening their submissions soon. All the other financial institutions have already posted theirs. I have emailed ABSA with no response on 6 different occasions and their helpline personnel promises me it will arrive soon but it never does. Really ABSA?? Please provide a service to your customers.
