ABSA Silver credit moved to Gold- transaction history shows nothing.
I just phoned your call center and The agent advised that my credit card was moved from silver to Gold... now I cannot view my transaction history????? who authorized the move when did ABSA get consent from me to move me... Since ABSA charges us for everything including the air we breath... Now kindly advise the way forward without me being charged a cent.
I demand a response and refund on my ABSA cheque account... if not I WILL MOVE to a different bank.
