ABSA , silently passed away in its sleep. We mourn its death

<p>Went to Absa today to open an estate banking account</p> <p>Spent two hours of my professional time with bank Manager uploading ficas and formal documentation.</p> <p>Finally got the estate account opened: BUT then, only to be informed a little later: Documents have been rejected !!! and why???: Because some official on the other side of Absa's fica dept decided that the Masters office stamp on the Letter of authority was to faint!!!We scanned the original-not a copy- They seriously want me to go back to the Master of the supreme court so that they can re-stamp??? what!! Whoever rejected my Master's letter of authority: You obviously dont understand the rigmarole in getting a new Letter stamped by the Master- Sorry Absa-you are pathetic</p> <p>Please note: this is NOT against your bank manager in Swellendam- she was patient and helpful-This is against your pathetic system that she is saddled with and the Knitpicking on the other side that every time drives me up the wall-</p> <p> </p> <p>REST IN PEACE MY DEAR FRIEND ABSA- BUT SORRY TO SAY : YOU WILL NOT BE MISSED.</p>
