Absa sick leave

I really can't believe such a big business has suffered such a simple process of system to a point business consultants go pillar to post to undergo and understand their own internal processes. It takes them more than 2 weeks to get an approval of funds... no matter how minimal they are, you just fail. Till to date one has to even back for the feedback and attention after many emails and correspondences. Absa does not have a system to even assist a client when a particular business consultant is on sick leave.

I am still wait not know how long... God knows...
