ABSA shows their HEARTLESS underbelly in the face of CORONA, despite relaxations from DTI

An employee of ours has received a curse reply to a request to delay repayments during the lockdown warning that they WILL be blacklisted and charged interest. This, despite the Minister of Trade & Industry assuring the public that this would not happen and that he had given instructions to banks NOT to do this? See the attached message
