Absa shouldn't have a licence to trade

After instructing Absa not to renew my homeloan HOC insurrance, supplying them with proof of insurance and corresponding for three weeks with them on the topic, they still had the audacity to debit my home-loan account with their insurance. To work with your "Private Banker", action line, their insurance department, their HOC administrations etc. etc. is more than frustrating, they don't come back, change their story line, change their requirements and take a week plus to respond to emails and then do the opposite to your instructions. They are all ***********, I don't know how they still have a banking licence or for that matter customers.
