ABSA should repay me R 61 238.50 plus interest (part 2)

dear Ms Crowe. here is part 2

2. Mrs Conradie told me that Ms Carter stated that I was muddled in my enquiries to her. However, these muddled enquiries were supposed to have been delivered over a period of a full week. In addition, I possess an internationally recognised qualification in oral communication, I come from a family of bankers, I have spent my entire 40 year working career designing and using IT, and I have acted as treasurer of Christ Church Swellendam over a number of years, subject to annual audit by a chartered accountant. Thus I was fully capable of explaining my complaint to a bank official over a period of a week.

3. Mrs Conradie told me that the CBP was a complicated document. Then why did not ABSA argue with me quoting from the CBP?

4. Immediately before Ms Carter told me that the ********** form was genuine, she made a telephone call. She could thus have been instructed by an official at head office to behave in the way she did. This would indicate that someone in Gauteng is trying to sow discord in Swellendam, where we pride ourselves on co-operation.

5. It was well-known at your Swellendam branch that the savings which were ****** were intended to support my daughter Teresa, who is already receiving a disability pension, and will no doubt survive my wife and myself by several decades. If she does not receive his support, she is likely to die sooner. Thus Ms Carter, can logically be accused of ******. Since Ms carter repeated the false information over a period of a week, the ****** could be regarded as premeditated. This accusation is less far-fetched than the behaviour of a bank which rejects its code of practice.

6. Immediately after the *****, I was asked by Mrs Conradie to discontinue using the credit card associated with the bank account, and I have not used it since. Nevertheless I have been charged by Ms Marie Mosime of Head Office for services in connection with the credit card. I have also received a note from Ms Nontukho Ngcobo of Strauss Daly Attorneys, accusing me of defaulting on payment. This ABSA is charging me for services which it never had any intention of providing, in other words demanding money under false pretenses. Thus both Ms Modime and Ms Ngcobo are accessories.
