Absa Shortfall extended policy

Absa shortfall extended cover is the worst. I firstly had to struggle to get hold of them. The number I was given is not going through, mind you, they have about 6 contact numbers but neither of them are going through. I have sent the document that they requested, they said they’ll assign a consultant to contact. Even today I’m still waiting.
