ABSA Shortcuts PART 2

This complaint has reference to the following complaint: http://hellopeter.com/absa/complaints/absa-shortcuts-*** , which has still not been resolved after a week. I have still not received any calls or answers and was not contacted by anyone. The only thing I received was a generic reply to my Hellopeter post by Absa's Vanessa Crowe. This is really bad service and I am very disappointed.
