Absa shocking service with regards to handling of deceased estate

I am so dissapointed in Absa in dealing with my stepfather’s estate. He passed away over a month ago and named Absa as executer of his estate. Numerous emails have been sent with no response and we would like to get this settled as soon as possible as it is highly distressing for the family. We have been clients of Absa for over 30 years and this level of service is really shocking. Please can someone urgently contact us.
