Absa Shocking Service

Shocking service from Absa. Been Absa Private Clients for almost 20 years. Paid a credit card off which we owed a minimal amount on 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for the settlement letter and to close the account. Definitely taking our business elsewhere where there would be a decent service.
