ABSA - SHOCKING SERVICE

I have been trying to get a rational response to a request for a simple letter re a deceased estate for almost two years. This bank has the worst service I have ever experienced. If I do not get a call from someone within 48 hours I will have no choice but to go to Social Media and/or other appropriate platforms.
