ABSA shocking handling of Deceased Estates

Every single review about ABSA's handling of deceased Estates is 100% true. I just spent R140 in airtime on the phone holding the line to be put through to someone, anyone. I didn't get through. I don't even know if my late father's death has been reported to the High Court. This is a very difficult time for the family and it seems things only start getting done when complaints are lodged. If ABSA is not in a position to execute this responsibility, they need to appoint me as the Executor asap. This is the 2nd time my family had to deal with ABSA during a difficult time. I cannot be chasing ABSA for over a year as was the case with my late father-in-law's estate.
