ABSA shocking financial practices

<p>ABSA is a JOKE!! Paid up my account in full & requested account be closed, 17 Feb 2017. Refilwe Olebogeng clearly had better things to do than do her job.</p> <p>14 June 2017 I called ABSA again to follow this up, Nivesh assisted and said he will get the request sorted. (Confirmed receipt of payment)</p> <p>Today I am called by attorneys who are using me for an arrears account (THAT SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!). This is negatively affecting my credit rating and how will ABSA make good for this fudge up???!!!</p>
