ABSA Sharing information with next of Kin without consent

I have a Home Loan, Current Account and a Vehicle Finance with ABSA. a week back my next of kin started receiving SMS regarding my account balances and phone calls. I raised this with ABSA and their Facebook team said their looking at the issue, a day later they said my number was removed and replaced with next of kin and it was an error but now fixed.

Friday and Saturday I still have the same issue. I receive no communication from ABSA at all and all communications are going to my next of kin. What happen to POPIA?
