ABSA settlement letter

<p>Dear Absa </p> <p> </p> <p>i am am very disappointed, I called in requesting my absa home loan settlement letter because my account is in arrears and I need to take it somewhere for it to be cleared and they can't clear that if they don't have a letter ,so I was told by one of your agent Briamlyn that you dont offer you only offer the price ?.....how possible is that .....?......you are the only bank who can't give me that and all the bank can .if I don't get that how will I be able to pay for it.?i was told that I need to get my account up to date first .the reason why I am requesting the letter is because I need to pay it off .people can you email me my settlement letter I know that I can get it ,it is my rights and I don't need to beg for it .</p>
