Absa Settlement

February 2015 Absa Bank gave me a settlement amount of R2 609.00 on my credit card.<br> This payment was done as agreed on 26 February 2015 in the bank. the proof was forwarded to Absa. <br> I also have the proof of payment of the amount of the settlement that I was given<br> <br> Unfortunately I came up on ITC for this credit card that is according to Absa not settled?? it is almost a year later that I have settled this account. Absa surely has a data base and all your phone calls are recorded I will appreciate this issue being resolved asap <br>
