Absa service sucks

Tried to deposit money using their ATM and the thing restarted. I understand having to give them details but when their own details are wrong it doesn't help anyone. To make matters worse they don't offer any alternative it's either their procedure which is insufficient for a case like this or the highway. I'm done with Absa
