ABSA - Service - sorry. Those two word cant be in same sentance.

Dear Absa, I really dont know where you get you staff from. I have a business account with Absa, my account managers name is Malibongwe Dlamini. Well I have sent him three mails over the last few weeks, ande guess what my response I got?

NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. The few previous managers were just as pathetic. If I run a busness, and ask my manager aa question, I exspect a reply with in a day or two. But no reply, is just distgusting.
