Absa service is very poor

I logged a claim ref *** regarding the water leakage. You sent a plumber to come and fix but the plumber did a bad work and I reported this, the toilet is falling off and water is gushing out there. When they were removing the tiles they didn't put back the toilet correctly now its falling and water is leaking. They broke even my tiles and left them broken like that. Now I'm staying in the house with water leakage. I have to clean and wipe water every time. I'm not happy with this.
