Absa service is shockingly bad! DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

I was treated with utter disrespect at your branch in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth from a lady named Ursula. I have never experienced such pathetic service from a business in my life. I am still shocked that I was treated this way as a paying customer. The bank manager of said branch said she would sort it out but has never contacted me back. I am sickened at the way you treat loyal customers. Appaling!
