ABSA Service - excellent excellent - Kubeshni Naiker
Kubeshni Naiker @ Absa Gateway Mall - Super service. Informed in just about all areas of banking, super customer relations, prompt service. Able to navigate deceased estates and cross management of departments and platforms and death claims etc - great knowlegde. After months on the phone to call centre and attending other braches, Kubeshni dealt with complex situations as if a private banker at branch level WOW!
