ABSA service decline
Due to ABSA credit card not handling my ***** case satisfactory I will immediately start with migration to another bank.
ABSA did not even give me any details of the *****ulent bank account where to this money disappeared nor did they provide any valuable information which may aid me in further investigation considering they have full access to Fica information of the *****ulent perpetrator's bank details.
It is sad that I am a good client who has been managing my accounts responsibly that this is their poor response. I am changing banks.
