Absa Service Assistance does not exist!!!

I have had ***** committed on my banking app reported every thing the same day. I am still waiting a month later and my funds have not been returned to me. Absa is only giving me the run around, i have contacted Capitec bank were my money was send to and blocked the account my self the incident happened on the 23 February 2024 and Absa only send the police affidavit and documents to Capitec on the 18 March 2024. Now Absa is saying that they are not taking any responsibility because it was my phone that was hacked and it looks like they just don't care about there customers ether. I have logged a complaint at Absa and contacted the Ombudsman for banking as well now.
