ABSA service are pathetic

I have a logged a claim with Absa on the 14th of April 2023. My roof is leaking trough the top-ridge of the roof after wind has lifted it on the one side. After the contractor (that Absa assigned to my case) took several photos on 2 occasions stating that this is the case, Absa has not make any contact with me in any ways. I have phoned them several times and also emailed them with no response from them. It is two and a half months later and I still can not get anything out of ABSA regarding my claim. Please keep in mind that the Western Cape had storms during the two and a half months. This morning a lady from ABSA (I phoned them again) stated that the claim has been requested because of no maintenance done on the roof. This unacceptable!!!
