Absa service

Can someone please help me with a statement for ONLY my overdraft so I can pay it! If I wanted a statement of my whole account then I will pull it online!!! But no one can help I mean how difficult can it be or just send me a email with my balance owing EXCLUDING all the other fees on the account!!! I am not paying the fees only the overdraft. Really dissapointed and NO I will not call MBD they are just as useless
