ABSA, Seriously Not Cool 😠
Hey there,
I need to vent about ABSA pulling a fast one on me. They took money from my account, calling it "notification fees," then later admitted it was actually transaction fees. No heads-up, no warning—just sneaky charges.
They took money on the 5th and on the 17th, even though they said it should happen on the 1st. This has really thrown me off financially, as I count on my regular income to get by.
If ABSA doesn't sort this out and refund me soon, I'm seriously thinking leaving them and moving to a different bank. It's frustrating to be treated like this, especially as a loyal customer for the past 24 years.
