Absa serious lacking
Absa Carletonville very unhelpful when it comes to our current situation. We get told that as a signatury I can not fix the problem on our account. Delphine banking tells us we have a different email and number from the one we are using another consultant tells us there is nothing wrong with our account. THEnN WHY CAN'T WE WITHDRAW ANY FUNDS or USE THE APP. Absa what is going on?

17 Jan 2022, 08:29After phoning Absa accounts department we got told the hold is ******* and not on our account. Our cards and app is faulty, phoned the app department and got told the app is working fine... What is going on?
