Absa vehicle finance did not deduct R99.99 for the car insurance as pro rata. This was sent to my FNB credit profile as beru credit misconduct. As a result, I am being disqualified from accessing credit at FNB. I phoned absa finance and they told me to phone bureau to erase my name as a bad payer. The fact that absa failed to deduct the R99.99 is not my fault. Also I am highly disappointed they they failed to inform me about this. I was surprised to hear about this from FNB.
