ABSA sends poor SP'S

I submitted a claim for a leaking pipe which is underground and consealed which blew up my inverter and DB box.ABSA sent MDN Plumbers who contacted me on the 21/07/2021 at 15:30 and wanted to know what is wrong like I am a plumber I told her I don't know what is wrong she then tells me ABSA does not cover Sewerage pipes.I tell her again I don't know what is wrong.They then come to my premises this morning,one of their staff goes to my balcony takes a photo of the place where was dug up and then calls his office,the office calls me and a rude lady then tells me that my claim is rejected as the toilet pipe is leaking.She says she will send me the policy wording.Is MDN plumbers my insurance company or broker?Is pipes underground not covered?
