ABSA sending me encrypted statements

For the last couple of months, ABSA has sent my business and personal statements encrypted. I can't forward them to my bookkeepers, or other entities, as they will not print or save as normal PDFs. Why do the other banks send un-encrypted statements, but ABSA sends useless encrypted statements? I've complained to my branch banker, but she chose to ignore me.
