Absa send summons while I am paying their personal loan

I have a personal loan with Absa that is handed to Anthony and Richards, and I am paying it every month but to my surprised today I received a summons. I am so surprised that how do I receive a summons while I am paying them and the person who submitted a summons was very rude as I asked him why summons while paying he just put the paper on a table and go. I don't understand how absa works, how do you serve summons to a person who is paying each month and to my surprised I never even receive warning about the summons. This is bad service absa, I don't believe that a bank like absa can do such things.
