ABSA Security system default - error!!!!
Absa bank security system accidentally paid R15000-00 to an beneficiary on my account without my consent. After my complaint Absa informed me to collect it myself from beneficiary or appoint an attorney to collect. According to Absa they do not have any jurisdiction. ABSA staff at Durbanville branch enquiry encourage me to approach hellopeter instead...according to them i might get positive feedback from ABSA in this regards.....IS THIS THE NEW NORM?...
