Absa security app on Windows store for windows mobile

I cannot do online banking anymore. I need to install the ABSA app from the windows store. BUT nobody checked that the app on APP store is a 2016 version, which , when connected, states it is not the latest version. Absa before setting in motion a stop on all internet transactions unless you have a smart phone with your LATEST APP, please check that it is possible. After a phone call to your help line this morning, I nearlyt chewed through my wrists. As the lady said I should not follow the link - absa sms's when you login to ABSA, and try and do online banking, to install the latests (but out dated app.) ABSA HELP!!!!!!!

So even though I got a "call" logged, There has been not a word again. So I cannot do internet banking, cannot put money in my credit card..etc. ABSA are you going to refund me the interest on my Credit card? CAn you at least giv epeople feedback?
