Absa secondary card blocked

Absa blocked my secondary card without any warning or concern to the user. You phone them and they tell you it is because of FICA.

I went to my branch in April22 and FICAed the card, the branch assured me all is fine, but two months later a blocked card and a very upset client. Had to cancel the purchase and walk out the store feeling like a ********.

Absa you better sort this or ....
