ABSA ******** clients on overdraft

I enabled overdraft on my Cheque account to get on a better tier for my ABSA rewards. According to the T&C's the overdraft fee will only be charged if you use your overdraft, I haven't used mine at all and I get charged every month for the service!!! Shame on you ABSA!! I want my money refunded.
