Absa ****

In 2020. Received a letter from hollard stating my insurance cancel reason early settlement of my car.called absa to enquire she said letter is **** there is no such thing and the letter is from hollard not absa.2021 asked for settlement letter and i paid settlement amount..a full term statement was send showing last transaction was done in 2020.there is no record of 2021 even my settlement amount doesn’t reflect on statement.now 2022 im still making follow up and started with people who 1st send me a letter and received email stating than absa has sent them a confirmation to confirm that the account was settled in 2020 not 2021…..so where did the money go of settlement i made in 2021?&£!@…complaint to absa complaint department…they don’t even respond…
