ABSA Savings account arrears????

I cannot even log my compliant on ABSA's own site. I need to log in and for that I need to visit the branch...

ABSA neglected to close my SAVINGS account when it went into arrears. I am not using ABSA as my bank for years. My family paid R6000 into this old account by accident and now ABSA deducted R867.29 in RIDICULOUS admin fees??

ABSA failed to inform me of this massive incurring debt that's being made and failed to close this account automatically like any decent bank or banker would.

I want my admin fees back or I will go to the ombudsman and take this matter to social media.
